Chris Turner

Chris Turner joined Piedmont Service Group in 2003, beginning his career as a Construction Sales Engineer before advancing into Business Development leadership.

In 2014, he was promoted to General Manager of the Controls Division and later named President of CMS Controls in 2021. In 2024, Chris assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer for Piedmont Service Group and now serves as President, leading the organization’s strategic growth and operational excellence.

A graduate of NC State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Chris brings more than 20 years of experience in HVAC and building automation. He holds mechanical and general contractor licenses and is a LEED Accredited Professional and Certified Energy Manager. Chris also serves on the Executive Board of Directors for StepUp Ministry in Raleigh.
